Why hasn’t my order been dispatched?Updated 22 days ago

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. If your order is in stock at AUTOID HQ, you can expect to receive a dispatch email within 1 working day.
If one of the products is on a "pre-order" with an estimated lead time under the "add to cart" button when you purchased, we will aim to dispatch within that period.
If your order has a mix of "in stock" and "pre-order" products, your order may not be shipped until everything has entered our HQ.
If your order has gone past the estimated dates, please get in touch with our customer service team and we will advise on your shipping date.
