Why has only part of my order been fulfilled?Updated 18 days ago
If you order a mix of "in stock" and "pre-order" products we sometimes split up fulfilment locations in order for the customer to receive the order as fast as possible.
This is most relevant that if you order from a vendor of either; Bimecc, Eibach or M Performance. If it is marked as shipped/fulfilled - and you do not have a tracking number; this could mean your order has been shipped directly from the supplier. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 working days after.
However, the rest of your "in stock" items in our warehouse will be shipped in the next working day and they will come with a tracking number.
