I need to amend an order I've just made. Can I?
You're able to change delivery addresses prior to dispatch. It may not be possible to change a delivery address once the item has been dispatched.
If you're looking to cancel or swap an item you've ordered prior to it being dispatched, you may be able to do so. Bespoke orders, pre-orders and build-to-order products cannot be amended after 48hrs of the order being placed. In-stock items generally can be cancelled or swapped prior to the item being dispatched. If your item has been dispatched, you will need to follow out returns process.
