How to Submit a Warranty Claim for a Defective ProductUpdated 13 hours ago

We’re sorry to hear something’s gone wrong with your product. Our team is here to help and ensure you receive a quick and fair resolution.

This article outlines the steps you should follow if your product has become defective over time — for example, if carbon fibre has delaminated, yellowed, bubbled, or started to peel.

Is My Issue Covered Under Warranty?

We offer warranty support for product issues that:

  • Develop over time through normal use

  • Include material or finish defects such as:

    • Delamination

    • Yellowing

    • Bubbling or peeling

Warranty coverage does not include:

  • Damage caused by impact or misuse

  • General wear and tear or installation issues

If you're unsure whether your issue is covered, submit your claim and our team will review it.

How to Submit a Warranty Request

To start your warranty claim:

  1. Go to our Returns & Warranty Center:
[Insert Link to AfterShip Returns Center]

  2. Complete the warranty submission form and include:

    • A clear description of the issue

    • Photos of the defect

    • Your original order number or proof of purchase

  3. Submit the form and wait for confirmation.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your submission:

  • Our team will review the photos and information provided

  • You will receive a follow-up by email once your claim has been assessed

  • We may ask for more details if needed

If Your Warranty Claim Is Approved

We’ll take one of the following actions based on your specific case:

1. If a Return Is Required

You’ll be sent return instructions, including how to ship the item back to us.

2. If No Return Is Needed

We’ll ship a replacement part or product directly to you.
If the replacement is out of stock or on pre-order, we’ll share the estimated lead time.
