All products sold on the AUTOID store are delivered with a minimum 6-month guarantee from ourselves.
Your item may also be further covered by a manufacturers that extends past the AUTOID guarantee.
Each product from their manufacturer will have it's own warranty period, please contact our customer service team if you sure unsure what that brand is covered by.
What does the AUTOID 6-month Guarantee cover?
The AUTOID Guarantee is for every product on our website and covers defects as a result of the manufacturing process. It does not cover any defects or damage that may have occurred as a result of wear and tear through use, or for any accidental damage. This warranty will become invalid if there are any signs of abuse to the part.
Any labour expenses incurred during the installation of parts will not be covered under this warranty. Carriage costs to AUTOID when returning goods for credit, refund or exchange are the responsibility of the customer, unless in exceptional circumstances or by prior agreement.
