All products sold on the AUTOID store are delivered with a minimum 6-month guarantee.
Your item may also be further covered by a manufacturers that extends past the AUTOID guarantee.
What does the AUTOID 6-month Guarantee cover?
The AUTOID Guarantee covers defects as a result of the manufacturing process. It does not cover any defects or damage that may have occurred as a result of wear and tear through use, or for any accidental damage. This warranty will become invalid if there are any signs of abuse to the part. Our paintwork carries a 3-year warranty. Please call us on +44 (0) 1277 366893 for full details of coverage.
Any labour expenses incurred during the installation of parts will not be covered under this warranty. Carriage costs to AUTOID when returning goods for credit, refund or exchange are the responsibility of the customer, unless in exceptional circumstances or by prior agreement.
My product has failed. I need to make a warranty claim. How do I do this?

Please collect as much information as possible on the claimed failure including but not limited to; order number, order date, images with evidence of claim, description of claim and any other relevant evidence.
