This includes any items identified (not specific to) as “Built-to-Order” or “Pre-Order”—typically marked as such beneath the “Add to Cart” button—which are specially sourced or manufactured and not part of our standard stock.
While estimated lead times are provided as guidance, your purchase is protected by our 90-Day Assurance Policy. Should the actual shipping date exceed the quoted lead time by more than 90 days, you will be entitled to either a full refund or store credit, at our discretion.
