In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we are not required to accept cancellations for goods that are ordered in or made to your specific requirements or specifications. This includes / limited to any items that are marked as, 'ships in X days', ‘built-to-order’, ‘pre-order’ etc., as indicated under the ‘Add to Cart’ button on the product page.

These items are either custom-made or specially sourced for you and are not part of our regular stock. Therefore, once the order has been placed and manufacturing or procurement has begun, the standard right to cancel does not apply.

Please take the time to carefully review your order details and product specifications before confirming your purchase to avoid any issues.
