Step 1: Submit an Exchange Request

  1. Visit our Returns & Exchange Portal: https://returns.autoid.co/
  2. Log in using your order details or account information.
  3. Select the item you wish to exchange and choose the "Exchange Request" option.
  4. Provide any relevant details about the exchange (such as the reason or preferred replacement).
  5. Submit the request.

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

After your request has been submitted, you will receive detailed instructions via email, including:

  • Return shipping information
  • How to package your item for return

Step 3: Return the Item

Follow the instructions provided to ship the item back to us.

Step 4: Arrange the Exchange

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and arrange  the replacement item to be sent. You may be required to pay additional shipping charges for the new product to be shipped.
