Certain types of items are non-returnable due to their custom nature, safety considerations, or specific handling requirements. These include, but are not limited to:
- Custom Products & Special Orders – Items that are custom-made, personalized, or built-to-order according to customer specifications.
- Pre-Order Products – Items purchased in advance that are not yet in stock.
- Additional Services – This includes warranties, ceramic coatings, custom product painting, and any other service-related purchases.
- Gift Cards – Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- AUTOID Outlet Products – Clearance or outlet items, which are typically final sale.
- Previously Used or Installed Products – Any item that has been fitted, used, or shows signs of wear before return.
- Hazardous Materials, Flammable Liquids, or Gases – Due to safety regulations, these items cannot be returned.

Returns of Used or Installed Items
If an item has been used or installed prior to return, you may not be eligible for a refund. In cases where a return of this nature is accepted, it will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% or may not be refunded at all, depending on the condition of the product and our discretion.
