Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, special orders, built-to-order and pre-order products, additional services (i.e warranties, ceramic coatings, product painting), personalised items, gift cards, AUTOID Outlet products, products that have been used/installed before return, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. In the event you return an item that has been used/installed your may not be entitled to a refund. In the circumstance a return of this kind is accepted it will be subject to  50% restocking fee or not refunded at all.
