Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we are not obliged to accept cancellations for goods that are made to the consumer's specifications. This means if you order parts especially for you that we do not normally stock (marked as 'built-to-order or 'pre-order' under the 'Add to Cart' button) you do not have the standard right to cancel the order after it is made.
