I want to return an item, where do I start?
AUTOID does not except unauthorised returns. Please visit https://autoid.co/policies/refund-policy to see if you are eligible for a return. You may then file for a return at https://returns.autoid.co. You will need your order number and email address in order to complete a return. For returns, we usually respond to you within 3 working days.
My item arrived damaged, faulty or not as described. What should I do?
We're really sorry your item has arrived damaged. It's important you inform us of any damaged goods within 24 hours of the product arriving as failure to do so could result in an invalid claim with couriers.
In order to give us the best chance of reclaiming the damaged caused by the courier, we will need the following evidence:
- At least 3 Images of damage to item(s)
- At least 2 Images of packaging externally (i.e how the parcel arrived)
- At least 2 Images of packaging internally (i.e how the item was packed)
If you're unable to provide the above, it could invalidate your claim as the courier and we will not be able to reimburse you for the damage.
