If you have booked a fitting at AUTOID for 'pre-order' / 'built to order' products, you are unable to cancel them after the point of ordering.

If you have booked a fitting at AUTOID for products that are in stock, you have 14 days to notify from the point of purchasing if you would like to cancel. You will also not get back your fitting deposit.

Once items are fitted, you are unable to take them off your car and return them to us.
