How do I book in?

If you would like to get booked in, please contact our team and advise on what products you would like installed.

We can install nearly every product on the AUTOID store.

Quotes for the fitting fee can vary by product and are subject to change. Not all quotes are final.
If your car has an existing product on that needs removing, this will increase your charge.

Cancellation Policy

By confirming your booking with our team you have agreed that if this booking is cancelled, rescheduled, or your fitting enquiry is changed less than 3 working days before the booking date, your fitting deposit will not be refunded. 

If you would like to cancel the booking and refund the products, you will incur a 15% restocking fee and £50 deposit fee (if paid).

If you have booked a fitting at AUTOID for 'ordered in' products, you are unable to cancel them after the point of ordering.

If you have booked a fitting at AUTOID for products that are in stock, you have 14 days to notify from the point of purchasing if you would like to cancel. You will also not get back your fitting deposit.

Once items are fitted, you are unable to take them off your car and return them to us.
